CA 19-9
The CA 19-9 test measures the level of cancer antigen 19.9 in the blood. It is most commonly associated with conditions affecting the pancreas and biliary system and is used mainly in clinical monitoring.
Clinical indications
* Supporting the evaluation of pancreatic cancer
* Monitoring of cholangiocarcinoma
* Assessing response to treatment in pancreatic or biliary tract malignancies
